Type of event: Other Meeting Start time: 7:30pm Venue: EHSAA (East Hastings Sea Angling Association), The Stade, Hastings TN34 3FJ See map below Description: This year’s AGM on Thursday 7th May will follow the usual format – the social after the meeting – so from about 8.30pm onwards is where you have the opportunity to have hot food, a drink and chat with other choir members.
The venue of East Hastings Sea Angling Club (upstairs large room but there is a lift also) is as previous years with an open bar.
If you would like food – below are further details on how to choose and pay in advance :-
Food: £8 per person payable in CASH please
Choices are: Mild Chicken Curry, rice and poppadoms – Mild Vegetable & Pulses Curry with rice and poppadoms, and Beef Lasagne. There is a tray of Mixed Salad as well.
Paying either by : Bring your choice of food and cash to one of the Tuesday choir rehearsals

Caterers need to be paid by Wendy by 21st April so please get your order in before then.
